Step one: Play some music or a specific song that speaks to you, that one that could bring you to tears. (This is different than your pump up Monday motivation music 🎵)
Step Two: Treat yourself to a beverage to cozy up to
Step Three: Burn some sage
Step Four: Find a quite/clean corner
Step Five: 5 min ➕ meditation 🧘🏽♂️
Step Six: Journal 📓 : free write whatever comes to you or you can head to my highlights if you need a prompt
Step Seven: for the rest of the day make a conscious effort to practice gratitude (I do this by saying thank you to every single thing that I touch from the moment that I get up to brush my teeth and saying thank you for running water to getting in my car and driving and saying thank you that I can afford the luxury of driving a car)
